Bullfrog Goldfield
A stock trading game set in the last great North American Gold and Silver rush in Nevada in 1905.
Rail laying, mine development and town building are the parameters around which the stock trading revolves. Some of the tough decisions faced by players include whether to go for quick profits in mining, or slower, but potentially greater profits in rail building. The symbiotic relationships between the mines and railroads necessitates clear planning and clever strategies. A clean business strategy game without dice, the only luck factor is how rich are the ores found in the mines, which players will soon discover for themselves.
